  • Role: All In Administration Officer
  • Grade: SCHADS 3 + superannuation +salary packaging option
  • Reports to: All In Project Manager
  • Team: 2 x Project Officers, Administration Officer, casual trainers
  • Location: Inner West Sydney with some travel in NSW

Core Position Responsibilities

The All In Administration Officer is responsible for providing general administrative support to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of All In project activities.

The core responsibilities of this role are:

  1. General administration and operational support tasks (50%)
  2. Logistical support for travel, training and workshop events (30%)
  3. Contribute to overall program quality and evaluation activities (10%)
  4. Complete personal administration tasks in a timely and thorough manner (5%)
  5. Actively contribute to WAGEC’s organisational culture (5%)
