About the Role
As Case Manager you will provide quality case work services to women and families into permanent exits from homelessness and deliver quality services in accordance with WAGEC mission and values.
You will be responsible for managing a case load of 12-15 women and families, which includes
intake, assessment, case planning and exit planning. You will be working across our Pyrmont, Potts Point and Redfern sites and will be working with clients that are referred through our Central Support Office. You will report to the Practice Manager and work closely with a group of other Case Manager’s across the organisation.
To excel in this role, you will have experience in managing a case load and working in the community services or related sector.

To be considered for this role it is important that you have:
- Previous experience working in community services or related service sector as a case manager
- Demonstrated experience being accountable for client outcomes and contributing to program’s outputs to internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in writing client files in professional manner.
- Experience working with people with complex trauma
- Experience working with clients in a client centered and trauma informed way
