ACCESS MENTORS
Support another woman or non-binary person to build confidence, reach their goals and achieve financial independence.
WHAT IS INVOLVED
As an Access mentor, you will be given the opportunity to build your leadership and communication skills, gain personal satisfaction, learn new perspectives and advance your career.
You will also directly contribute to advancing other women’s lives. As an Access mentor you may support your mentee to:
✰ Build on their strengths, knowledge, skills, confidence, and capabilities.
✰ Increase their economic opportunities.
✰ Gain employment.
Benefits of being an Access mentor
WHO CAN BE A MENTOR?
To be eligible to become an Access Mentor you must be:
✰ Aged 18 or older
✰ Based in Greater Sydney
✰ Identify as a woman or non-binary person
We encourage people across all industries and experience levels to sign up! You don’t need years of experience. If you would like to volunteer your time empowering other women and non-binary people, then this program is for you.
Past mentors have come from workplace industries such as health, recruitment, creative industries, personal fitness and social work.
