More exciting news from the end of 2019: last November, WAGEC was successful in receiving Impact 100 Sydney North’s 2019 $100,000 Impact Grant. We are over the moon to have been awarded these funds, which will support our SEED Program this year.
SEED enables children and young people to thrive by addressing their Social, Emotional and Educational Developmental needs.
A huge thank you to the Impact 100 Sydney North members who have so generously committed their time and financial resources to make this donation possible. We would also like to acknowledge Tina Jackson, Chair of Impact 100 Sydney North who’s leadership and dedication has been key.
We were honoured to be in the company of three other amazing finalist organisations during the Grants Celebration. Thank you Asylum Seekers Centre, KidsXpress and Outloud for the important work that you do in our communities each day to support children, young people and their mums.
