At WAGEC, we believe everyone has the right to learn, engage and connect. Access to technology for women and children living in our accommodation is an ongoing challenge, especially in a world that is increasingly moving online.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, much of the support WAGEC offers to women through our ACCESS and SEED programs is now provided online.
WAGEConnect connects women and children in crisis to work and study opportunities using donated laptops, tablets and iPhones from our community.
This is why we are asking you, our WAGEC community, to get on board by donating new and used laptops, tablets and iPhones.
Whether this means donating your old laptop you no longer need or speaking to your workplace ICT team, your donated device will connect women and children so that they can learn, engage and thrive.
